I am new at all this so I hope I get this right? BTW- That is a BEAUTIFUL HELI you got there! I was wondering if the person that made your skids is still making them? I have 30 size jet ranger fuse and I
think those skids would make it more realistic to me. Thanks!

Well after a season of flying nitro on my Long Ranger, I've converted over to electric... Thanks to Chuck Hager here on RR, I bought 2 Raptor conversion kits and 2 Neu Motors from him..

The motor is a 1912/1.5Y and 2 TP 5 cell/3850mah Lipos, a CC HV-85 speed controller, and UBEC..

Thanks Chuck for your help.. When I go flying now, I feel like I've forgotten something... No fuel, no mess, no flight box..

On startup, I have the controller set to start slow and it sounds rather cool.. like a turbine starting up....
