My Posts This: Topic Forum | What I did was the same thing I did with my cx. I order the 4 in 1 2.4GHz RX/ESC/Gyro unit from the cx 2. It works great with my DX7, so I thought I would try it on the Skylift. It seem to work fine, but I was worried that the 4 in 1 unit would not be able to handle the 11.1 volts. The cx's use the 7.4 volt, so I thought that 11.1 would fry the 4 in 1 unit. That is why I switched back until I could find out a little more info. I contacted Horizon, and ask if the 4 in 1 would handle the 11.1 volt lipo? Their reply to me was yes it would handle the 11.1 volts ok, but they thought the motors would not. I know my motors get pretty hot, but as long as the 4 in 1 unit can be used without frying it I think I may change back to 2.4GHz. |
