My Posts This: Topic Forum | Hi, it's better to start fresh with the X-3D with the proper electrics. If you try and upgrade the FP you'll spend quite a bit of money and end up with a less than ideal setup. If you want to do more than hovering then the heli really needs a good brushless motor with light weight components. I don't think the speed 300 will be that great or worth the effort.
Plus the X-3D has quite a few extra features as standard.
