HMM...
Well in that case,

"drum roll"

For my next trick, will be a fast climb into a stall into a free fall pirouetting 90 degree chaos, with a mix of side and tail down tic tocs...nose down constant roll into a blender and hope I hit the right collective at the bottom

Glad to see these nice folks stepping up with the competition.

These packs have some HUMONGOUS wires on them, FYI. You need a really good iron to get a good joint. Good quality, and I wish them the best.

Cheers!

I just maidened my 6s 5000mAH battery on my TRex 600 and got 8 minutes of flight with still some juice left in the tank. I put back 4837mA back into the pack. It seems to have more punch, than my Evo 20s (likely due to the higher discharge rate) and the TPX 25c 5000.

Do you all think they will hit 300 cycles with good punch and life? If so I would buy a few. I need to trash my align 4600's. They make me not want to fly my 600CF....instead Im flying my 600n.

Are your TPX 6S 4600's not doing well on the 600E ? I would think they are a bit small (mah-wise) for a Trex600. I use that same pack (6S I assume) for my stretched Logo 10 w/ Neu 1910/1Y and it works fine for 5:30+ minute flights but I still have to monitor them closely as they are not cheap and do not have the same claims as the AT 6S 4400 "custom" packs.

Ok so are these packs offering the same amount of punch/feel as the TP or FP packs. If you have owned both the AT and a TP or FP would love to hear a comparison from you. Im starting to do do alot more demanding flights and need something that will keep up and will last a few cycles if you know what I mean "puff"

NIM

In other words...

--------
The race track is 100% long and as the gates open AT, FP, and TP all take off simultaneously and are taking turns taking the lead. As they approach the 80% mark TP starts to fall behind (recently purchased at $300 with stamina of 5000mah). FP4900 (purchased then at $300), a popular battery decides go beyond the 80% marker because it is small, light weight , and a fast rebel. By then TP was stopped by the timer to preserve it's cells for another day. Meanwhile, FP and AT was about to approach the 85% marker when FP was halted by it's timer as well. Again, to preserve it's cells for another day. AT ($266 @ 5000 mah), who kept up with the competition throughout the entire race, kept going until it could not go any further. Needless to say, no matter how hard the rider whipped, Air Thunder performs very well!!

OK, I have all 3 packs, a TPX 5000, AT 5000 and Evo 20 4900. I think the AT has at least as much punch as the Evo20s and I think it probably has the most punch of all 3 of my current batteries. Granted the AT is new and the Evo20s are older (about 30 flights on them).

I know the AT is a little heavier but then again so is the Evo 25 5000. I don't own that battery but I have seen pictures and would say they're similar. For me the AT balances the heli out a little better because my Rex always seems to be a little tail heavy.

Hearing all the hoolaballoo about the AT packs makes me want to get a Trex600. The price and delicate nature of lipo packs are what keeps me from getting a Trex600.

I'm with you brother! The only reason I didn't buy one earlier was because of the packs. The kit prices and parts are comparable to the 450seV2(thats crazy!).
