| And your saying that i should get those other parts too? Also, is it hard to put the heli together? I never done it before. And what site do you think i should buy it from? I live in canada so it has to be able to ship here.

well, the T-Rex only comes with the helicopter, motor, electronic speed controller (esc), main blades, tail blades, and i think you can get a battery (but its a small one if i remember correctly).
you will need to buy the servos and gyro separately. i listed electronics that are the best, in my opinion, for the T-Rex. If money isn't a huge issue then i would go with what i mentioned. It pays to have better equipment than to have stuff that sucks and then crash because of it.
The T-Rex was my first heli and i had no real problems building it. i would go to heli-freak.com (oop... advertising for another site) and look for the "finless" T-Rex build tutorials, they are amazing and show you how to do EVERYTHING!!
i really like heliproz, amainhobbies, techmodelproducts (tech-mp.com), and Rick's RC helis (ronlund.com). you can also try your local hobby shop , most hobby shops carry Align kits and parts. |
