Hello Vpersiani, I was thinking trying out a 4S lipo on my converted SV. But do you know if the stock SV ESC will auto detect the 4S lipo? At the moment I can not program the ESC because it is not prossible to program using the radio, and the USN interface I had ordered has not arrived. Thanks.

Yes the stock ESC will detect 4S.
In any case, I do not recommend that you use AutoLipo cutoff for an heli. I always fly based on timer to avoid over discharging my Lipos.

Planned for release in Jan 2009 according to JR website.

Basically a SVE4 with more metal parts (main mast bearing holders, tail pipe holder), CNC main gear (most of them already existing as options from K&S), FRP canopy (JR option) and a motor suitable for 4S to 6S called NHM40-16BL. Still the same ESC.

Differences between SVE4S and SVE6S are:


-FRP Vibe Canopy
-Metal Frame spacers instead of plastic
-Metal main mast bearing holders
-Metal Tail pipe holders
-Machined hard main gear
-Metal main gear hub
-Siver carbon batt plate

So it's a Vibe 500E except stickers and maybe metal motor protections and breakaway tabs on the rear end of canopy. Should be cheaper in Japan. Motor is also different of course.

JR will release an Upgrade Kit for SVE4S owners.

Hi To all my JR friends,have just got my new 4s, wondering if Hacker30-8xlwill run on 3cells,@presant I have T/P3s-2600 and T/P6s2600s I would like to run my helli on 3cells so i require your knowledge gained on this. My Posts This: Topic  Forum		The original motor is a A30-10XL. So using 3 cells instead of 4 makes it good with the A30-8XL. You may have to adjust with the motor pinion but it should work. It depends of the flight style you want to achieve. Don't expect too much power.
