Nope, not a beginner here. thats why im interested in how capable it is, or if a brushless motor/LiPo upgrade is mandatory.
I went from a Blade CX to a CP Pro and I just bought a fully set up Trex450 from the classifieds on here that should be here this week. If the Micro is as flyable as a CPP and at 2/3 the size, it'll end up being a must buy

If only i wasnt broke from buying the Trex haha

In regards to fighting the tail, is the HH function on the gyro pretty worthless?

im torn between this and the Mini Zoom. This one is complete RTF and that is awesome. The Zoom is 30 more dollars and you have to build it, but has a belt driven tail and is all cnc aluminum.
I got my Trex450 yesterday and im already planning my next purchase lol. damn heli addiction!

Since you own one id like to know. Does the gyro on the NR micro hold as well as say a G90 on a CP Pro? For a tail motor heli the CP flew pretty well with the gyro. The Zoom isnt that much more. found a complete kit with all electronics minus TX/RX for 279. thats only 30 bucks more than the NR. but the NR is pre assembled. and seems simpler for buzzing around the office.... Can you PM me a mini review? Cant find any online. no feedback for birds this small on any of the main sites :/

Regards

3D Micro Tail boom

Hi,
I have two 3D Micros, and when I went to change a tail boom, got a smaller spare one. What do you use as replacement, since the spare parts are thinner and more easy to break? I need also the gearbox (new ones are smaller, too)

Thank you for you suggestions

Venom all the way !!
