Thanks for the input regarding the silicone sealant. I'll give it a try!
As an FYI, I'm consistently getting 18 minute of entry level 3D flying from my Raptor 50 with the larger tank. It's pretty sweet!!!

Just a "head-up", I replaced the epoxy sealant with clear silicone and it's working fine so far! Davej, thanks for the advice!

I also rounded off all the sharp frame edges that come in contact with the fuel tank. My chaffing problems are now gone.

It really is a great mod. Try it, you'll like it!

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Joe if you see my thread 60 tank in 50V2 youll find Ive found a better method of modifying the tank using a hot soldering iron to melt the nipple into the tank sealing it perfectly.
