My Posts This: Topic Forum | UnbelieveabeI got back from Ircha late this evening and as usually it was unbelievable. The seminars where very good, the scale flying was interesting and the noon demos (although a little long) were also very, very good! However the night flying was out of this world. There was 4 guys that easily could have won it including the guy that flew without any lights because a couple of friends lit up his helicopter using powerful flashlights. But the 3 guys that made it to the final, Bert Kammmerer, Bobby Watts and Andy Rummer flew out of this world. And guess what folks, all three of them promised me that they would be in Mt. Pleasant at our Southern Rotary Classic to do a great night fly. Add Scott Gray to that list and our night flying should be a lot of fun. So how many other fun flies can say that.
But we would like to encourage anyone else that enjoys watching or enjoys night flying to stay Saturday night for the night fly. You don't have to be a pro to night fly. The afternoon demos lined up will be awesome but the night flying should be equally incredible. It should be a lot of fun. Also having been at Ircha there are some other good ideas we have for the fun fly and will be announcing in upcoming days. We hope to have a very big turn out because we have a very big show planned. |
