East Coast Helis are advertising them on there homepage, I'm sure you could order from across the pond and save yourself some ££'s

They don't advertise the part no.s but heres the link anyway

it might be worthwhile contacting your uk dealer to price the balls from synergy themselves.

we got some sets sent over from east coast and there was an additional customs charge as they suspected they were bullets or something and plus the taxes it wasn't cheap to do, but at the time there was no alternative.

cheers

This second statement from Synergy regarding the balls and it translates more or less into the same thing as they said in their first release about the balls....."F U".... basically.

I agree totally.... The Synergy may be the best helicopter in the world (according to some) but this type of attitude will surely turn off a bunch of potential buyers.....

I think that the boys making with decisions shot themselves in the foot and have given the company a bad name right off the bat !!..

I totally agree, first they get us for a 1000 bucks, now they want us to send them our balls too.... I for one, would have bought another, but now I will wait for the Aurora. They get a ZERO for customer service.

I think they would have been better off to at least ask for your serial number via email, and take it in the shorts to send new balls to everyone that asked for them. It can't be that much of a hit, and it would have gone a long way in customer service. I hope they figured it in to their business plan that there would be issues such as this one and adjusted the budget accordingly.

But as the saying goes, "If it isn't your business, it's none of your business." Hope they square it away soon.

I thin the tolerance they ahve defined for undersize balls is WELL under anyones balls. Basically implies they will do nothing...its all tokenary.

NONE of mine are undersize according to these criteria. Although the level of slop was alarming.

Sounds like an attempt to address it...but whose balls are under 5.35mm? ill bet that very few if any are under that size.

Still says "we are not addressing the issue"

Thank God for Vario

shiney crome balls

well I put them on my synergy and I'm very dissappointed in them they are way to tight. can't even move the link after they are on. and the one for the servos with the 2mm threads for the nut just slips doesn't even fit. waste of $28 I must say

I used a chrome ball...dremeled a slot in it, and then spun it..job done

Perfect.....cant do that with the undersized ones.

Besides..why did you change, i thought your undersized balls were fine!?
