My Posts This: Topic Forum | I think they would have been better off to at least ask for your serial number via email, and take it in the shorts to send new balls to everyone that asked for them. It can't be that much of a hit, and it would have gone a long way in customer service. I hope they figured it in to their business plan that there would be issues such as this one and adjusted the budget accordingly.
But as the saying goes, "If it isn't your business, it's none of your business." Hope they square it away soon.
