Hi Hayabusa
Thanks! it's very nice coming from you
coax is powered by a Jetcat PHT4 turbine whitch it's origin equipped with of a belt's reduction on 2 stages and of a clutch,
the set again drives a home-built belt's reduction on 2 stages whitch last pulley houses the one way bearing for drive finally the 1
/1 ratio bevel gear-box, it's very compact all take only 11.81in/0.3m of length

You won't find a better Dual prop helicopter anywhere . He has mad the most stable platform and flying rig out there . I don't think you will find any better . And with that turbine what a sound . I have seen a lot of Charly's other rigs and they all perform just as good as this one . I think it has so many different uses it is truly a multi purpose rig for what ever you want it to do it will do with no problems . Charly great job again my friend .

I suppose you are making this vehicle for sale and to be used for aerial work? Why did you choose the jet motor, doesn’t the fuel requirements make for shorter run times? Additionally, do you plan to place the video equipment in the center between the blades?

I learned to fly inverted, I just stand on my head

Nice work.

I did some Contra rotating UAS work a while back and it was a great project. The guys over at (http://www.procerusuav.com/) were attempting to help us out and did a great job.

Would give them a call and ask about the modified XRB and see how they can help out. Just a thought.

you guys need to spend some time in the Turbine section. there are at least 3 coaxial designs up and running

this just being one of them, the more interesting are scale versions of the Russian KA-50, Kamov, and KA-52
