I just recently purchased a Shuttle Plus ARF.

I'm still waiting on my other parts to arrive to complete the helicopter, however, I wanted to ask, since I have the ARF, which assemblies should I be checking to insure they were properly assembled by the factory?

I've read many stories about people finding little problems with their ARF choppers, and would like to avoid any with mine.

While you wait, get your manual and dissamble EVERYTHING!

Put back everything together with locktite. It will make you more familiar with the heli.

FYI,

I built a Shuttle Plus last winter. The manual has the wrong push rod lengths in it. If you set them to what is inthe manual you cannot get the travel you need. So just watch out for this in the Shuttle manual.

Don't worry about the links.

The rule is:

Middle stick with linear pitch curves. Atvs 100%

Swashplate level.

Washout levers parallel

Mixer levers parallel

0 Pitch at blades.

Locktite

George said to put back together with locktite, but only the metal to metal hardware. Sorry George, he is a newbe and they tend to take recomendations litterally. But otherwise a great suggestion.....

Also blue or green Loctite, NOT RED LOCTITE!
