If your wondering about the new 6100t gyro, DON'T. This gyro is on the cutting edge of r/c technology. I flew with it this past weekend and it blew my socks off..

1. It's more compact than the 601/611 (they are basically the same thing), no more separate sensor its all in one..

2. set up is very very easy, no more extra menus to ignore! haha

3. The servo is faster and has more torque.

4. it cost less than the 611.

I'm not trying to bash the 611, I only tried the 6100t becuz I destroyed mine in a chrash, so Kurt at heliproz.com said to try it..
Trust me this gyro is the 611 on CRACK!

TRY IT YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

Too bad the servo is not rated to 6V also. Would make for a nice clean battery to switch set up, no regulator to mess with.

On Logictechs website they list: Operating voltage: 4.5V-6V

So I believe it will work with 6V

I wonder if the CSM 720 works with that servo. Now that would be the best of both worlds.... and the csm is cheaper

Well, I can only eyeball the speed of the LogicTech 6100G servo, but it is quicker than anything else I own. Their 6100T gyro combined with this servo was very much 'plug and play' in the two helis I have tried it in. Great performance, on par or better than anything else I have tried (which is about all of them ....)
