We get this thread becasuse one of the buyer tell us that you wrtie something bad about us.
We just interested in what our buyer's comment and try to improve our service if we can.
However, you are telling PART of the story AFTER get the money REFUNDED.
We agree that we ship the 220V charger to you for your Siliverlit Gyrotor. However, you NEVER notice this voltage problem until we email to ask you after you made the purchase.
Because we worry that you wait so long (we wait few days but no reply) so, we ship the gyrotor to you first.
after that, you are scared like a small bird and start fxxking us.
we have emailed record to proof that we did mentioned to you no worry. as we can ship a 110V adatper to you WITHOUT anycharges.
what do you do? once you know we shipped the item out. you simply chargeback to your CARD center.
Even you chargeback to your card center, we do tell you that you can refused the package and let it return. we will do full refund money to you, that's why you get the money refund now.
we paid all the shipping fee and the lost in this tranaction.
and what did you do, Chase Saunders??
we shame you because you use the name rcFeverSucks to post the message.
we don't mind our buyer to give commnet in the forum, we even paid for them to post any comment as rewards, so that other people can know more about us.
