If I remember right, it is the same as the plastic head.
My metal one came with no instructions, so I copied the plastic one.
Any problems and I can always get the Eco out of the attic and take a pic for you?

no need to say, its another pointless post by me.

They have the short end of the crank attached to the pitch control rod which would give a wider pitch range, the way I have it is fine for me I get the range I want. Cant see how you would get such a big difference from one blade to the other, are you sure you have the cranks opposing each other and all the linkages are the same length?

It is ridiculous the Ikarus dont supply a set of instructions

hang on a minute surely those blade grips are on the wrong way round????

Now I am confused, mine are as the plastic head and according to the instructions the heli has done about 30 hours no problems, the way heli-hobby show it would give negative pitch with swash up movement???

From what I can see your head is identical to mine, its a real mystery as to why you would have the difference in pitch, I know the blade grip arms are very weak and bend easily, might be worth taking them off and comparing them, if all the linkages are the same length and the flybar arms are set level the only other thing it could be is a bent feather shaft, might be worth checking as its not easy to see the bend on the ali head.

So the heli-hobby picture is wrong isnt it! unless its been printed on the negative side but my poor tiny mind cant get round that one

I know they are a pain to get at, either two 5mm pipe spanners or long nose pliers (and loads of patience!)

Its the only thing left that I can think of and they do bend quite easily, think I have been through at least four but then I crash

it seems at mid stick the blades are only 1 or 2 deg out but at btm stick and high stick its 5 or 6 deg out
i think it must be bent

That spindle is easy to bend, try grabbing both blade grips and push up and down, if they move both up or down it is likely it is bent

jeez, did you mention that the swash moves up level? are the servos all the same make/model and horns identical? if they are it has to be something thats bent, mainshaft ok? is it always the same blade holder that reads out?
