What your talking about when selecting a different whole on the Seesaw is adjusting the amount of Flybar authority. Having the link closer to the main shaft will cause less blade pitch change when the flybar is tilted. Meaning in the wind when the heli gets bumped the heli reacts less against the wind than if you were to move the link on the Seesaw to the outer hole. This inner position will also give more control to the pilot as the flybar reacts against the wind and pilot commands.
I'd suggest you start with the center whole and go from there.
