My Posts This: Topic Forum | I'm running the Mega 16/15/3 coupled with a Quark 33 ESC on a 3S set up and run my headspeed in the 2800-3000 range. Can someone please chime in and let me know what the best pinion is and where I can get them. I have tried 13, 14 and 15 tooth pinions so far with the best performance coming from the 14. Propblem with the 14 tooth pinion is that the only place in Korea that sells them is out of stock. I don't know what brand the one I have is because they are taken out of their packaging and re-packaged in packaging with the store's name. The other problem is that the distance between the top of the pinion and the set screw is short and I usually end up with chipped teeth on the bottom part of the main gear from hitting the set screw. So I guess I need advice on what the best pinion is and where can I buy it. Thanks.
