We've all seen it, now when do you know when it will be readily available for sale? and how much?

more importantly, whats happening to this "alleged" micro/mini thunder tiger electric?

i'm curious, Hirobo has theirs already... i there is one coming out soon!!!

After flying a lot of micros and then doing a Raptor EP conversion those smaller helicopters really seam like jokes. I really don’t see a need for more junk micros on the market.

E620SE is definitely what you want.

personally i've never flown one, so i couldnt comment...

the reason i am interested though is because i'd love to go elecric.. but there is no way that i can afford a 10-12S battery! its so very very very expensive!

3-4S makes it more reasonable...

also i've heard so many good things about the TREX? so i cant see why that size bird wouldnt be exciting?

I know trust T to make a trexlepton sized heli cheap and much more value for money!

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		eMoli batteries are the way to keep the price down. I have a Neu Motors ORK 1912/1.5Y, Phoenix 45, and an 11s eMoli battery in my Raptor EP conversion. I got the cells for about $12 per cell on eBay.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		micro helis aren't meant to compete with 50 size electric helis. And some of them certainly aren't junks. I keep a fleet of T-Rex and also 50 size electric (Raptor conversion) and I enjoy flying both. In the urban area I live it's a blessing to be able to fly a heli during lunch break. If it wasn't for micros I'd have to drive 1 hour to the nearest field to fly the 50 size. Of course for performance larger IS better, but that's the trade off for convenience.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Blade3d, flight time is about 7-8 minutes for sport aerobatics and 5-6 for very hard 3D. The flight time is a bit low but the cost is very reasonable.

eMoli cells can be charged at 3C. For cool down and recharge it takes about 30 minutes. I do have several electric helicopters so it’s not really a problem if I want to fly all day.

E550 - $300 or less
E620 - $400 or less
E620EP - ?

TT has always been the leader when it comes to most bang for your buck.

We will have to wait another month to find out what power systems TT will offer and what it will cost. I suspect that most will use their costume power system for the E620 3D setup. the trend in the EP conversion world is that for extreme 3D you want a 10s to 12s power system.

It will be less than the T600. Also a great thing is that you can use almost 75% of the parts your current Raptor 30/50's use. No need to start a whole new wall of parts.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		If I ever change my mind (higly likely) I would go for the E620. Thats great that there makeing a electric powerd heli. I was thinking about buying a Raptor 50 and converted to an electric machine and make it a Eccpm machine as well. Looks like you did it all for us. Theres one thing I dont like about it, the landing skids are kind of strange.
Infact the whole 2 piece chassi is kind of slanted strangley.
Is there a reason for this?

It's to fit with the standard-canopy. With this desgin you can put in every size of battery without touching the canopy.

We had one very hard auto with one of the prototypes and there was no problem with the skids and the carbon-parts. So i think the design is very well done.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I'm waiting on the E-Raptor. Align really shot themselves in the foot by just enlarging a T-Rex 450 instead of redesigning it. The frame is very limited in what motor and battery packs you can run.

the head and tail is indeed the same.

As far as Align shooting themselves in the foot, shipping the first
units as a power combo is as strange as the ARF swift release.

Hopefully the TT release will be different.
