Hi,

I don't know if Hirobo sells a kit to get rid of the Z-bends but Quick Uk does have one. Here is a link to there site http://www.quickuk.co.uk/acatalog/r_index.htm

The difference is night and day when you get rid of all the slop.

Especially at the tail, get the carbon pushrod.

I don't know if my suggestion is relevant:

I just cut off the "z" bend and thread the rod and use a nylon link.

I've done is as well but the thread I created was not the best. I didn't feel confortably using the rod so I just spent 0.10 cents and bought an already threaded rod in the dimensions I wanted.

I looked high and low for a 2mm die. finally found one thrue a jewler supply store, It turned out the rod was under 2mm. the acual size seem to vary but 1.80mm. is too small for a 2mm. die and this leaves a parial thread on the rod even though this is not a vary expensive heli i simply dont need to take those kind of chances.

Yeah, I was looking for a die to do the same as suggested above but I did not seem to find the right die, the smallest one I came accros was a 2mm. So I wasn't able to just replace the Z bends.

You can measure the distance and buy already threaded rods like I did.

Quickuk has every dimension you might need.
