My Posts This: Topic Forum | Don't put the screws on direct opposite sides. If you do, the radius block will be able to rock back and forth on the points of the screws. Setscrew-to-shaft systems usually use two setscrews offset at 90 degrees. The strongest approach has two setscrews at 90 to 120 degrees from each other. This way, you actually get a three point hold, since the two setscrews pull the opposite side of the sleeve tight against the shaft. The side where the sleeve is pulled against the shaft locks the sleeve vertically and prevents movement.
The radius block holds best when you use the two setscrews on the same side (or end) as opposed to opposite sides.
