Well since it seems that everyone is a little busy, I'll let you know my setup.

NORMAL MODE

PITCH -3 TO +9.5
THROTTLE 0, 80, 85, 95, 100

IDLE 1

PITCH -3 TO +9.5
THROTTLE 50, 80, 85, 95, 100

IDLE 2 or STUNT MODE (PEOPLE CALL IT DIFFERENT THINGS)

PITCH -9.5 TO +9.5
THROTTLE 100, 95, 87, 95, 100

IDLE 3 / HOLD

PITCH -3 TO +10
THROTTLE 20, 20, 20, 20, 20

In order to keep the ESC from turning totally off you need to have enough power to keep it on, but not enough that it messes with your free spinning autorotation.

I try to keep my headspeed around 1800, but I think 2000 might be better. I'm going to go up a tooth on my pinion and since I'm currently using NIMH, I'm going to switch to Lithiums soon.

Well I hope this helps you.
