That's for sure, bud..... dgoss is a good guy and I hope this bad experience with "the jackass" has not deterred him from participating on RR....(haven't seen him on RR recently)

I have PM'd him asking him to respond, although I know that the answer is NO.

People's tolerance of getting ripped off varies but you can rest assured that if I was dgoss, I would have payed Kirrajas a visit with the local authorities in Allen, Texas.....

They use a blanket statement that makes them unresponsible, and that is just poor business.

VISA has it right.. they should follow suit

I logged on to respond as I got a message from JuanRodriguez that there was a post here. I haven't been around to much as work has been insane and my current heli (T-Rex) has been pretty idle as of late.

Of course that's right, I have never seen any money from this. I think there are earlier posts going through it but basically there was never proof of mailing, never an explaination, and then finally silence. When I recontacted kirrajas via email some time later to see if he'd resolve it (he had at one point claimed money issues and that he'd do the right thing at some point) he became sort of defensive just before going silent on the issue and failing to respond at all.

I hate to sort of keep the scams possible for kirrajas but I live in CA and can't go much past dealing with PayPal for the $. I'm at the point where the time and energy vs. the funds is something that I just need to make the call on and move past. Yeah I'm pissed and yeah I'd rather have the $ back of course but also at some point just not worrying about it anymore has some value to me... In any case I'd be glad to provide the emails and records if anyone ever drags him in and needs backup/documentation for this behavior.

Hopefully the factual postings of kirrajas' doings will keep his scamming limited - but somehow I think there are just too many people who don't checkup on who they trade with. For me it was my first money *ever* spent on helis - I paid for a used Shogun from him (and I found his as on RCUniverse actually, just before I discovered RR). Luckily I stuck with it and ordered a T-Rex from Modefo's after four weeks and the PayPal dispute was filed.

Juan has been great in offering assistance and just for the record I'll be clear: I think kirrajas is a scammer and that I was screwed on this. I have the documentation to back it up and the PayPal dispute was decided in my favor.

PS - I haven't been missing due to any of this - RR is great even w/kirrajas lurking - but I'm just having a hard time making time to keep up with the helis these days. Althoug it's funny, posting this has gotten be motivated to get the heli dusted off...

D, I think you are right, and that's what allows the Kir-rack-asses room to perpetrate. I PM everyone that I see responding to his adds with a link to your story, and Juan's story, only to learn that others have PM'd the same person already. It's nice to see the "system" working.

What a friggin laugh !! How does a "Good Guy" steal $480 dollars from someone and then just walk away like if it was nothing ??

He has made enough money peddling his stuff here on RR to be able to make things right with you.

Are you frigging kidding me? Most of the scammers at least abandon their old handle and start again fresh.
I can't believe the nerve of that. And still a pretty active poster, as well.
It seems to me that someone who obviously owes someone a huge amount of money, and who even Paypal decided against, shouldn't even be allowed to sell items here.
We need to collectively exert some pressure on him. Anyone live near him? Also, perhaps we can post a link in all his for sale threads to raise awareness.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I live about 30 mins from him. I sent dgoss a pm with his phone# if he hasn't changed it. He stiffed me on a deal a while back. He was going to buy something from me but cancelled when I called him 15 mins b4 we were supposed to meet. I try to meet anyone I sell to or buy from if the distance isn't too great. This guy is a flake. It took a weeks worth of pm's and 2 or 3 scheduled meetings b4 I gave up and sold to someone else. When I called him while driving to the meeting place, he said he couldn't meet me because he wasn't even in Texas that day. Its not like he didn't know he was going to be out of state that day. He could have called me. Luckily, I was selling to him and not the buyer.

I can't agree with you more but Mark Ryder's policy is a "hands off" policy when it comes to that sort of thing.....

When Kirrajas ripped me off, he had to use someone else' PayPal account for me to send the funds. I couldn't understand why until dgoss came forth with his story..... Paypal probably closed his account as a result of his complaint, I would assume....

Consider yourself VERY lucky that you were not the buyer !! Thievery goes hand in hand with lying and I know for a fact that Kirrajass is both a liar and a thief....

In my case , the dispute was over $5 dollars, but in the case of dgoss, $480 dollars was STOLEN from him.....

A few things here. I'll get to the facts in a minute. First, you have many people here continually claiming that you are not honest. I don't have this problem. A couple of things I can also point out, my eBay id, dmgoss, is at 200 feedback and 100%. I find it very credible when I state that I didn't get this helicopter. Also, just to note, my PayPal account still works.

I ended up dealing with PayPal as that was the last I heard back for my questions. There are about two dozen emails to him, long and patient that are between all of these. Paypal of course decided against Raj but they also don't do anything to collect on their judgement:
