A few things here. I'll get to the facts in a minute. First, you have many people here continually claiming that you are not honest. I don't have this problem. A couple of things I can also point out, my eBay id, dmgoss, is at 200 feedback and 100%. I find it very credible when I state that I didn't get this helicopter. Also, just to note, my PayPal account still works.
Lets move on to some quotes:

After repeated pestering over a week I get this:

I ended up dealing with PayPal as that was the last I heard back for my questions. There are about two dozen emails to him, long and patient that are between all of these. Paypal of course decided against Raj but they also don't do anything to collect on their judgement:

I did check in almost three months later and then he had turned his attitide around from "gimme sometime to resolve this oneway or another" to:

ANYWAY...
I think that this is tiring. Kirrajas, you have no proof of shipment and you even stated in your brief, inconsistent responses that you would "resolve this", etc. This was decided against you over a year ago for the $479 that I sent you.
Alright, this has taken more time again...
