So i am about to buy a new Helicopter. I cant really choose and lately i have been researching about these helicopters. Right now i have two on my mind. The Eflite blade cp and the walkera #36. Now i have read that the walkera is a piece of junk and shouldnt be bought because of all the electrical problems. I havent yet heard anything about the blade and considering the blade.

Now this is my first time flying, I dont know anything about the gyro, servo's, or anything else. My friend has the sabre and we are practicing on that. I just want to have 1 of my own. I want to be able to fly inverted and i heard both of these can do it.

Please give me some advice on which i should get because my money is limited right now since i stop working and continueing my school. .. So please help

Hi Saiko, the good thing about the #36 is that the tail is belt-drive...

The bad thing, I heard that Walkera products dont have very good standard when they put the parts together... Mean that you have to rebuilt it... not very difficult in my opinion for a bird half the price of the Blade Cp...

Thanks for all the replies guys but i just have one more question? In order to fly the blade cp will i have to be doing alot of upgrades to it. Or in order to fly inverted? Does this require alot of upgrdes to the gyro, motor, or anything else???

SaiKo, you need the AEK (sim blades, motor with 9t, and better with lipo batterie)

You have already all that include(+bell-hiller head) for almost half the price with the Esky Honey Bee Cp2... a real close cousin of the Blade Cp...

So the honey bee and the blade cp are almost a like?? Reason i want to get the blade cp is because there are 3 stores near me that carry parts for the blade. So all in all the RTF blade cp doesnt require any upgrading just to hover and fly around???

The Blade CP will hover and do forward flight, right out of the box. No upgrading required. You can't beat it for the price. And if your LHS supports it, go for it. Else you'll be grounded for days, just waiting for parts. I'd say get the Blade CP

SaiKoE36,
I think you have made a good decision. As you are just learning the basic Blade CP will serve you well. Be sure and purchase the training gear. Try to hook up with someone who knows how to fly a heli as this can make learning much easier.
You can upgrade the Blade later on as your skills improve. Many advocate blinging and upgrading at the outset to which I say "you don't learn to drive in a Formula One racer!"
Best of luck and keep us informed
