My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Hey Guys started my new evo 90 w/ys91 and heard a weird rough rattling noise only on idle. When spooled up it goes away. Any Idea is this normal? Or what I should look for? My friend says it’s the belt..They all make that sound?

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		heh... check and see if the front of the horizontal fin is tapping against the boom... I had this problem with my carbon fins... put a little piece of rubber between them to solve it... It sounds like an engine going lean...

I had a similar problem. Rattling noise during idle, goes away when in the air. My source for the noise ended up being a bad rear bearing on a brand new YS91. I have four flights on it after the changing the bearing and no noise. Might be worth looking into.
