| I saw this helicopter and it is a really nice, well thought out design. Remember though, the Futaba round wheels do not have the holes at 20 mm. Using them you will get binding in the push pull. The heavy duty cruciform arms from Futaba are the ones with holes at 20 mm. The round wheels have holes at 19.6 mm. (Yes, the difference will show up at the travel extremes)

I noticed that the wheels are not exactly 20mm. Could you post a picture of the wheel that is 20mm. Yes I understand that the push pull set-up is critical. Also the bell crank being EXACTLY 90 degrees on BOTH sides is very critical to getting even throws on the aileron. A quick check is easy, you put your swash level tool (I use the MA tool)on at center stick and check to see if the swash is EXACTLY level. Then take both links from the bellcrank to the swash off and measure them, if they are EXACTLY the same length then you are ok. If they are different then the bellcranks are not at 90 degrees on both sides.
Please post a picture of the 20mm servo wheel as I would like to correct that.
