I lost a couple of mine at the field or in transport. So I started to use the yellow foam ear plugs. It works well and doesn't fall out.

They have a hole in the middle so your exhaust can still vent but oil is stopped. They come in 3 sizes (6, 8 or 10 mm).

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Before I switched to electric heli, I used to use clips for plastic bags and even tried removable eraser from my kid's stationary case. Now with electric heli, no worries about oil dripping on the carpet or post flight cleaning...just need to wipe off the dead bugs from the blades.

Puffs...goes the Lipo.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		 If you want to get thrifty and not worry about loosing the plug, just buy a set of foam ear plugs the kind used for target shooting.
I found that they work good keeping the drips off of the rug in the back of our car. Works for me.

Where to find muffler hoses in different colors? I've seen people using green, blue, and purple ones and I think they're many times better looking than the boring gray ones..

I measured my exhaust pipes first and made a list, then I went to Lowe's and got rubber stoppers and little tiny eyelets with the screw end and screwed them into the stoppers... then put these on them http://images.google.com/imgres?img...sa%3DN%26um%3D1
