After my first call and no success, I gave up. Then by chance I noticed that Helimax, on their website, shows that the MX400 Pro does come with a Alum Hub. In their model comparison, it shows that the MX400 should come with a Alum Center Hub.

Yup, that was a "running change" as they put it. Apparently they've also started including an aluminum seesaw. But are they obliged to upgrade earlier kits?

I call there customer service, I had three fail and they sent three head blocks n/c under warranty. The new 400 i think come with then now.

I have been reading the post concerning this. I agree this may be a weak part. However I have about 50 flights on a plastic before slamming it into the ground and having to replace it. I did replace it with the cnc. I will also have to say if you call Heli-Max they have great customer service no questions asked. I would also like to point out when something is made not to break something else receives the force and breaks just something to think about.
