My Posts This: Topic  Forum		i fly trex and have a few evo 20 1800mah packs
can i fly 3D with 2 of these 1800 packs connected with a jazz 40 6 18 and a twist 37 motor ? you can see my bird in the galllery but has other packs attached to it . if this is possible what pinion would you recomend ?
ps , i havnt had this bird in the air for a while and i need to blow the dust off it !

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		With a 3600mAh pack your bird will be light, set the twist on 15T, I think your batt can handle the draw but check temp. The twist 37 won't give you good 3D performance unfortunately.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		i agree, the 15tooth is the way to go but the twist 37 & 3s is borderline for 3d!. you really need to go to 4s and a hacker c40-9l if you want to wring it out

i realy didnt want to go 4s as i wanted to try to use the batteries i have , kind of universal !
i ddint think that the twist 37 motor was up to much to be fair . would there be a 1/2 decent motor out there for 3s ? or am i going to be stuck with mild performance on the 3s setup ?
how about 6s1p ? lol

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I'm using 2 of the Polyquest 3S 1800 XP packs in series with a Hacker 13L and its pretty awesome. The Evo packs are the same cells as the XP's so this might be an option. You could even go to a 14L for even better performance but the flight times are quite short.
