Anybody out there heard about a 90 size heli from JS models called TZ 90 pro? If it is is this a good heli, does it fly well or should I stay clear of it?

I've been told it's better. Espescialy the tail section because of the drive belt option. The seller says that the Raptor shaft is known to create radio noise and glitches.......true?

I've got a couple of R90's and that is just plain NOT TRUE!

The TZ90 could be pretty good though, I recently got a Gohbee Stinger 50Deluxe and it kicks the Raptors but by far.... (I owned a 100% upgraded R50 before, XeroG frames... the works!)

Cheers,

Richard

ps. I use the CF tailboom & torque tube.

The radio noise is not true.

I have seen a TZ 90 Pro and I'm sure it's a okay machine, but you get what you pay for.
Oh and the TZ 90 mainshaft is 10 mm versus 12 mm on the R90 so you can't interchange heads and swashplate.

I would buy a TT R90 SE instead, but that's me.

It's better because (throw in random problem that doesn't really occur) and says better margin in his heart.

I have been flying a prototype Stinger 90 for a couple of months now and it flys great.

I have only flown a raptor 90SE one time, for half of a tank, because I really did not like the way the the particular raptor was set up, so I can not make a valid comparison between the two.

If you read the whole sentence then...you will get it. The best product is what you have the most in the warehouse.

It shouldn't be any problem putting that on a Rappy. You can se some pics in the following link. It's a brilliant design.

be aware that not ALL JS models TZ 90 Pro versions come with belt drive. They used to be coming only with torque shafts just like the R90...this must be a new development or else the pictures showing the tail are of a TZ50 and not of a TZ90.

Very shortly you will be able to get the parts from Gohbee.
They are on the boat and should be here in the next couple of weeks.
I have no idea on cost yet.
