This is a used radio, but in perfect working condition, with the usual small scratches from being used. There are a couple of small cracks in the rf meter clear plastic cover (as shown in the pictures). I guarantee that the radio works as new, or your money back. All in new working order except for the transmitter batteries... the included battery works fine and holds a charge, but it is used, and used batteries are just that, and not in new working order.
