My Posts This: Topic Forum | I had one that I did the same conversion on, same kit, conversion, motor, batteries, minus the bling. It flew great right up until a hard auto flexed the frames enough to bend the motor shaft on the nearly $300 motor. Sold the thing right after. For me, the economics of it were that for every set of packs I bought, I could have bought another glow raptor 50 that had better performance, cost less, and could be back in the air after a 4 minute refueling rather than a 1 hour charge. These Raptor conversions just don't make any sense to me. Maybe one day when the price of Lipos comes way down, until then, it's a cool novelty. The biggest thing I miss with mine was spooling it up. Man, it makes a cool sound when you spool it up.
