From reading the thread on the Hawk Sport I think the consensus was that the metal lower side frames "may" be needed depending on how much room you need. The allow the mechs to sit lower.

But, one guy "fitenfyr" I think was gonna try it with the regular plastic sideframes. But, I don't think he mentioned which scaler he was gonna use.

The sideframes are cheap though. I think ~$40.00.

Mine should be here within a few hours. Just waiting on the big brown truck.
I am using the Funkey A109 fuselage that Century sells. Probably (sp) the hardest one to put mechs in due to it's narrow top and sides.
I am going to assemble it and test fit it tomorrow. I will snap some pics and post them.
I won't be putting it in the fuselage till closer to christmas. I want to have some time on the mechanics and setup well before I put them in.

I will keep you guys informed

Opened it up and it looks like the frames will fit as they come. I will test fit it tomorrow evening and post some pictures.
