Does anyone know if you can move any of the electronic components from a Blade and install them into a T-Rex?
I love my new Blade, but I'm becoming very intrigued by the T-Rex.
Thanks

Enjoy your blade.

Nop..stay whit your blade, if not try buy the t-rex (i prefer the shogun v2), i think the only pieces that work on both helis are the servos!! i dont know if the radio work whit the ccpm setup already install in the hardware.(apply to the t-rex but need one more servo to handle the tail.?)..
the only heli seems to be the "same" is honeybee cp version 2, you can exchange pieces ,most are compatibles. (i do not try yet).
Enjoy your blade. t-rex is another history.

I'm charging batteries....

rjra2,

The 4-in-1 controller from the Blade would definately not be up to the task of flying the T-Rex. The ESC wouldn't be able to handle the current draw you'd have, and also there is no way to connect a rudder servo to the unit.

Hope this helps!
