assuming your talking about a 60 or a 90 size canopy, or even a 50 for that matter. you would be surprised how much shipping will cost.

i shipped a canopy not long ago to a fellow RR member, and it cost me $21, and it wasn't even leaving the country. that was also basic airmail. Express would have cost over $60.

the problem is that with a canopy, it isn't the weight, its the huge size of it that costs.

I am new to helis and actually frequent heli-freak, rcgroups, and occasionally runrider. I found this post interesting enough to respond to because I happen to live in the valley here and found my personal experience with the store to be negative. On two occasions! I don't think living where you live you have actually been to the store and seen store employees face to face have you?

I am not disputing your personal experiences while visiting the store.... What I do question is your intent on posting.....

You JUST joined RunRyder and your first post served no other purpose but to bash someone.... not very good judgement, in my opinion.....

Your "thoughts" would have been better directed to Irwin directly through a private message.....

You're familiar with that function, no ??

Anyhow, welcome to RunRyder and I hope you can contribute something constructive with your future posts......

BTW, these are MY "thoughts" about how your post struck me and certainly others may not agree with me. This is an open forum (to a certain degree) and you are certainly entitled to post whatever you want.....

Good people deserve good customers...I don't see IRWIN as anything but a FOOL...

I fully meant that comment...you slammed RR members for expressing their true feelings and reflecting upon all the poor service they recieved...bad travels further than good...but to have the company owner come on this board to slam us was not required.


Yes I've heard a lot of BAD experiences about your service...and NO I won't buy from a company that has a bad reputation in that area...I don't take very kindly to your PM either..it furthers my point on how childish you are acting.

I wish you the best in you endeavours but from what reputation you have set out for yourself perhaps you need to make some major changes in your company (starting from the top) to bring the reputation of your business up to the level you claim the Quick is at.

And as for your slam at president Bush...who gives a rats butt !! Comparing your business to that of the whitehouse is absurd !!
