My Posts This: Topic Forum | Bummer ... I'm not familiar with Quick Worldwide or their line of helis, but I do feel for Irwin and what he appears to be going through. However, that is no excuse for a vendor to come into a forum and target "friend & foe alike" in what appears to be a case of "hurt feelings".
Irwin, all I can say is that the product you develop and bring to market should speak for itself. If it doesn't, or at least doesn't live up to expectations, then you should take in all the criticism and try to improve it as much as possible. If the case is that you can't, then drop the product and start from scratch. Take it as a learning experience and move on.
No matter what business you're in, you're bound to take a lot of heat and be "put down" quite a bit for your creation(s) ... it's really up to you to either accept the comments and use them positively, or do nothing about. In the end, however, you really can't blame your past, current or even future customers for any failures. That will guarantee you only BAD business!
My recommendation is to take the feedback, try to see what it is folks are "complaining" about and strive for improving your product.
Wish you the best of luck! |
