My Posts This: Topic Forum | i check my pin, it was bent a lil but not broke or damage enough to cause skipping. it could easily b a pitch problem if not the pin.
after my 2nd crash when the spindle broke and the main blade grips poped off the pitch control link. i assembled it best i could and look at it from the side for the tracking test. the blades both seemed in line but with out the gauge to see if pitch is at correct %, im not sure.
i even messed with the pitch links, gave both blades same adjustments, increased pitch a lil and even decreased it. i tried to lift the heli after every adjustment, didnt seem to make a dif. mine at full throttle will get it to hover about 4-8 inches, mostly draggin the trainin gear with no lift. was thinkin maybe training gear was to much weight, couldnt b true considering it jumped up several feet both times i crashed it( how i lost control, being a newb and all). now im waitin on new main blades, mine have a few battle wounds. will try to mess with pitch links some more now that i know my pin is fine.
i was wondering if my swashplate maybe sticking when the blades are goin, with the motors unplugged it seem to work smoothly.
any 1 else with any other ideas why the heli is not lifting |
