Top Gear program in the UK took a £200 Lada, and spent £30,000 on parts and £100,000 in man hours from the people at Lotus to come up with this Lada.

JUST TIRED OF BEING PUTDOWN

To Friend & for alike,

I was just looking on Runruyder & came across this thread. My name is Irwin & I think you guys really do not know anything about our produces or what me & my staff do to produce model helicopters & product line.

Right now I am in China for the past 2 weeks. You talk about Quick of Japan....well he still is making a 8 class EP That I designed 4 years ago...Look at our website we now have 4 state of the art EP helicopters with EXTREME proformance. Next week we will be at the Jamboree & the entire market will see our products proform, Including our new VIP 13-15 cell big EP.

Japan does not have a 60-90 class nitro. Why? We do & it is a great quality produce along with our 32-37 & 46 super Learner....here is the reason because it is not nearly 2 years I ended a 12 relationship because I was tired of poor quality form Japan with deliveries 3-5 month late...Yes as Iyobe if that is not the truth.
Do you think you can be sucessful with a partner that thinks that is timely delivery.....Then all you people are dreamers & now nothing about business.....yes I make helicopters for a living....Yes we have had some packing issues & it eats my heart every time that I hear about. It is wrong & we seem to have a handle on it now.


if in the past we missed some parts WE ARE 100% to make sure those parts were sent out......We are trying & we KNOW after 20 years in the RC helicopter biz what is great quality....& we believe we have the best there is. however we also understand the kits need to be 100%

We are not making toy like all I read about on the EP forum. But high quality high performace machines.....I work 24/7 & travel 4-5 months a year to make it all possible & i am tired of you guys putting me & my staff down when you do not know jack **** about about what we do.

if it is was so easy you try to make a helicopter. Your lack of compassion for our efforts is easy for you guys who sit at you PC at work & try to destroy my business that i have spent the last 20 years busting my ass to build. Yes I love what I do. How many of you would like to make RC helicopters for a living?
Well I do & I am tired of you guys who watch the clock at work putting me down when you guys should be worrying about your own jobs....

My guys works 10 /20 hours per week outout overtime Sat & Sundays
because they believe in our products....Have some respect for them....if you have a bone to pick with me my email IRWIN@QUICKWORLDWIDE.COM I do not run from anything or anyone.

I want to ask all you critics why do so many flyers say our machines are great flying & great quality....we are one in the same company...Many of you distesters never even saw one of our helicopters yet you love to critize. Just for the sake of send a post so you can move on to higher level on this website.

Well if you serious & we are a serious company with more experience in Nitro & EP than any company in the world. Take you hobby serious ask serious question not more rhetric only hurting our company & our ability to sell great machines...your guys are the real lossers....
For me i live better than 99.9% of the people that live on this earth & appreciate ever moment of my life & am sick of you guys killing us.
If I close my doors my life will not change I have enough supply of helicopters to fly for the rest of my life....

Well here is your chance again....I have 20 kits any model all at 40% of...if you build it & you think our products are JUNK I will close my business becsause I am then just pissing in the wind....

If you can be honest & are only our to hurt our company please just continue to fly you plastic junk & toys...Because you are not ready for us......

it seems like he is getting people just to say how good of a person he is, or he is using different user names. Its like the 5th tread about him,
" he's such a nice guy and sent the parts out right away" all the post are like that, there is something fishy, i bet he is telling all his workers to post on here lol.

Gosh Irwin, let the product speak for itself. Let customer satisfaction speak for itself. Ramming your perspective down our throats won't accomplish much, and really suggests that you do not understand this audience.

Nobody likes being told their models are plastic junk. Materials are specified for function, and metal does not necessarily mean better.

Thunder Tiger is selling helis by the tens of thousands because their product is extremely well designed, reliable, robust and easy to repair.

My wonderment is based on why you would jump into this forum with this tone in the first place?

Chill man and respond to the concerns instead of telling us we are wrong. The customer is always right, even when he is wrong. The trick is to convince him without offending him.

For instance, "we have been listening carefully to the feedback posted here and this is our plan to better address your particular needs and expectations".

Wow, the Runryder effect on vendors is really something. A good thing for the most part.
