Few things about the heli:
Before I fly the heli I used the solution of Sticking Collective that Boyd-Hoverup post before.
I bought the heat sink fot main and tail motors.
The Honey Bee is a little different from the Blade cp in the head he have bell hiller and he come with the blades and the motor from the upgrade kit of the Blade cp.

I put on the heli pack of Dualsky 1050mah 10-12c this is very good pack, low weight of 2.54oz (72g).

Flying:
Nothing change, I flew it right from the box.
The heli behave very very strange in hover the tail moving like crazy left right left right when I'm going up.
The cyclic is very very sensitive.
That's the way this heli and the Blade Cp behave?
There is also a little vibrate.
I saw this movie http://www.esky-sz.com/english/file.../15_i2_5005.wmv of the Honey Bee Cp2 from E-sky and it seem the tail is hold very good.
I will post some pic of the heli soon.

Reduce the Gyro gain setting a little bit...

That should take care of the tail "hunting" back and forth
