Hi Guys heres another question for you. When mounting the hub and clutch shoe to the engine, do I need to follow any special steps? ( ballanceing, runout ect.) manual says nothing.

the clutch should fit into the hole in the hub w/o having to apply pressure
and it should sit flush.

you may need to take some very fine wetdry paper and smooth the inside
of the hub and the bottom of the clutch to remove any burrs, etc from
manufacture.

If your a pick type,

Dial indicate the the stem off the clutch, flip it 180 degres and pick the one with the least runout.

The first time I bolted on the fan, I had .008 runout. Flipping it got .004 and a few taps with the handle of a screw driver got it to less than.001. They run much better w/o the start shaft beating the heli up.

I got lucky on mine, .0015 on the flywheel/fan hub and .0008 on the clutch shaft.
