Ok

Will you buy a new one or what?
Or did Ijust miss the question?

jk.

Sounds like its cracked, you will see if it is when you take it out of the onewayhousing. Feel with your fingernail if you cant see anything, but you probably will.

Is the bearing slipping on the mainshaft, or in its housing?

Never heard of Freya bearing slip in the housing, it seems like they 'always' cracks and make the mainshaft slip once you load it.

Yea its cracked. Chances are if you pull it out you will see a crack. Make sure you do the grease mod. It helps but they still crack.

I recently had one that was slipping and unless you looked at it w/ a
10X magnifying glass, you could not see or feel the cracks (4-5 cracks)
