I'm using my old ZXX as the mechanics in a Century jetranger fuse and I'm installing an OS 32 that was in this heli once upon a time. I'm mounting the fan/flywheel and the way I understand the manual I don't use the flat washer that comes with the ehgine, just the brass tapered collar, then the fan/flywheel. My problem is that after I have really tightened the nut, the fan/flwheel seems to bottom out on the case of the the engine preventing you from rotating the flywheel/fan. I didn't think I used the washer before but certainly haven't had this problem before. Another question about the nut that comes with the engine. It has a flat side and a side that has the hex points machined a little. wcich side goes against the flywheel washer?
