Hello everyone......

Was wondering if maybe someone could help me out. I'm the proud owner of a JR Venture 50 Heli. My problem is this....I can't seem to find a company that sells or makes any hop up parts for this machine. All I can seem to find are a few things but not a big inventory.

Any help would be great.

If it doesn't fit force it.....If it breaks then it needed to be replaced anyway !!!

RC Helis Plus imports KSJ parts that will fit the Venture 50 and 30. Most parts that fit the 30 will also fit the 50.

the best upgrade I found for my venture 30 was a for sale sign on it...then I went right out and bought a raptor 50......the j r line is great for learning but other than that.....not very light......just my .02

puffy,

You obviously havent flown a Venture 50, or for that matter a Vigor?

Both are very powerful great flying heli's!!

Just my .02 SENSE!!!!

I have owned and flew a venture 30....hated it and will not own another j r heli until they go on a diet.....they are good to train with but that is about it...plus the raptor is cheaper to fly and fix if crashed......I am just stating the facts....plus.....which one is cheaper to buy.....the vigor.....old news...the venture50.....maybe...I haven't flown one yet....all I am stating ...AGAIN.....is that my venture, a 30 not a 50, was a big POS when it came to 3d flying...my rappy 30 would fly circles around it.

just my .02

Puffy,

Iam not trying to make this a Raptor VS. JR post. Rogue asked a simple question, He wanted to find a good supplier of aftermarket parts for JR heli. Not why he should sell he new investment, and go be like everyone else, and go get a " Rappy 50".

Rogue, I Love the way JR helis fly, stick with yours and what YOU like, and you will be happy!!!

I guess Cutis Y. is still training to fly 3d since all JR helis are good for is to train on???

get your facts straight.......the VENTURE 30 is a good trainer....

and I believe the VIBE is what Mr. Youngblood is flying....not the VIGOR..
the VIGOR is what I like to call " last years model" I personally like the way a fury flies...but that is out of a lot of peoples price range...including mine.

Rogue asked a simple question and I gave him a simple answer...I answered the way I upgraded mine...if you don't like the way I answered then don't bash me and go pick on all the people that reply with....

"SEARCH"

now there is a good reply....

Puffy,

For one, I am not bashing you or you views, I apologize if You feel that way. You have your opinion and I have mine. Its as simple as that.

But please dont bash a Line of helis that the only experience that you have is there entry level trainer !

the only thing I am bashing is the VENTURE 30....that is it....you are the one that brought up the rest of the JR line.....and I was not bashing. I was stating that the venture that I had was a piece of ****. I sold it and bought what I thought was a better flying heli....just my opinion. and .02

I love ventures!! super super easy to setup rock solid flyen, like a tank in a crash! very low parts count, CCPM.
Rogue, just turn a deaf ear to the ( vertures suck - BS) If you have any Q's about a venture 30 or 50 pm me, I have built and bling blinged alot of ventures.

JWatson, you make me proud (tear)
I can still remember the day I talked you into the Litemachine and then your Venture 30 now 50. You keep it up for the home team ya hear!! LOL

I don't fly Raptors so I guess that makes me a non-conformist

I have a Vent 50, it flies super stable I feel, have a GY401 in it, good servos, - I have added carbon Blades, did not come with a Header Tank so added a Raptor one.. Has a curtis youngblood muscle pipe. Trying to get a better canopy - think I found a place here to get one... or one that wont take much to fit. I cannot find bling parts either - it is good as it is...
Cheers
Dale.

venture 30

I dont intend to inflame things further and freely admit my only chopper to date had been a venture 30, but my experiences so far?

Blade tracking is an issue unless you upgrade.

Muffler disintegrated after 5 hours, luckily I had just landed.

New clutch bell at appro 15 hours.

New clutch last week becaus ethe one way starter bearing had come apart and I could not start the engine. It is now some 2.5 months old and I cant help wondering whether this heli is going to spend every fine day grounded waiting for the spares to arrive before a few more hours and sit around again?

Maybe the 50 has better blade grips. I read here others were having blade tracking probs with the Venture 30 and I did also. They would go in and out of track on their own. Took advice given here and put ergo grips on it for about £6. They stay solid in track now.
