Metal Head Question?

In the Friday Camera One, the third picture down from the right, where is that head from. Is it custom build or can I buy it? It look gorgeous!

Rotor Head

Michael,

The rotor head is from Len Mount. I'm not sure if the head is sold
separately, but the model is a LM Odyssey. The model belongs
to Scott Reed. He has completely polished every aluminum part
on this turbine model. For more info see Al Wert at Starwood
Scale models.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate that. That helicopter is a beautiful machine. I'd love to have a head like that, I don't care how much it costs!!

Odyssey Bling

Michael,

Thanks for those very kind words. I'm the guilty dog that built it, and the lucky dog that gets to fly it.

It is a Len Mount Odyssey turbine, pod / boomer. I did in fact get a little carried away with the polishing. It turns out, it was a bit more daunting than i first envisioned, but turned out great in the end.

I sorta carried the theme out onto the canapy as well, which sports a stars n stripes scheme!!

Here's a link to the buildthread i did on it, enjoy

WOW

Now that is a helicopter. Now, all the shiny parts came with the heli, or did you buy and polish them. I wish I could find a head, hell, everything on my Raptor that looks like that. You don't know if I could get a just a full head for my Rappy 30. I'd buy it, no questions asked!! Gorgeous helicopter.

You don't happen to have a video of it? I'd love to seem that up and flying!!
