With a BS3, Staysee or the Grayzone, what exhaust do you need? Will a MP2 fit under the fuse? Just wondering as I would like to get one, but like my MP2 and dont want to change that. Although I suppose I could.

Hi Si

No the MP2 will not fit in any of the fuse you mention, but Fun-tech will.

Will a Freya fit in the BlackShark3 body? If it will, how easy is it to assemble?

Hi Hinke

Yes a Freya will fit in to it, it requires some work and you have to paint it to.
If you want a body there is easy to put on your chopper, you shall choose a Fun-Tech.
(Look in my gallery)

You can fit a Freya into a BS3 body only the tail. A standard Freya has plastic belt drive gear box. I would suggest to replace it with the new one that comes with EX II.

My Blackshark 3 with Freya WC also did this modification, i.e. change from shaft drive to belt drive with this new gear box. So the tail is lighter now.

Cheers,

Chris

Funtech would be nice, but I don't know where to get a hold of one. Cyberheli used to sell them for Hirobo helicopters, but not anymore. Maybe it is only the hardware you get with it that is different.

A Nova 4 body would probably be a better choice for the one who does not want to paint

Hi Henrik

Yes you are right about the Staysee it is only the hardware there is different from model to model, all the body are the same.

For my Hirobo I order a painted body to a Sylphide from Cyberheli, and it is no problem to put it on a Hirobo.

Yes you can take a Nova but this is not painted when you get it, they come with some sticker to put on it.

K.Nielsen: Do you know why Danish people don't compete at Gränscupen that is held in Sweden and Norway ?

What modifications needs to be done with the hardware for the StaySee to fit a Hirobo?

I wish someone had a used StaySee body for sale

Hi Henrik

Yes I know why the Danish not is competing and this has noting to do whit either Sweden or Norway.
It is an internal Danish problem who I will be very sorry to discuss here on RR, but it is sad and that is all I can say about that.
We are many that hope it will be better in the future.

The modification is only the screw there is sitting between the chopper and body you have to make shorter or longer
