I have not recieved the items from him that were promised, I would like to know if your dept. can help or advise me how to recieve the items, or to advise me to who can help me on this matter? The Items Were Sent Dec. 21,2004, i have the US Postal Delivery Confirmation and Insurance #s i also have a copy of the transaction thru PayPal.com.

I have Givin This Gentleman many chances to make this right, but he does not return my phone calls or e-mails, any information will be much appreciated.

As long as you have his pysical addy they can help you.. I would also take up calling Paypal and getting with a customer service rep on this. And last I would contact your bank, almost always your bank will get your money back to you ASAP.. It will piss Paypal off but you will atleast get your money back.. Just FYI bro..
