Watch out for S613 Hex Extention !!

I have got Freya 90 with OS 91SX + Pump System Kit.
After one day on heli field and 3 engine starts I have only Ball ( Hex shape gone - switch off ).
Hardened steel shaft with a 6 mm Hex Ball Driver is to soft for start my Freya 90.
I wrote about this probrem to Sullivan and this is answer:

Dear Sir,
This has come up with our last batch of Heli Extensions. We are looking into this problem and will get back to you as soon as we have an answer to why this happend.

Now I will try Robbe (next after robbe K&S).

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I've had one of these S613 starter hex extensions with built in one way for 8 or 9 months now. I have three 90 heli's, done 120 flights in that time. In addition. many people at my club use my starter (due to high power battery and starter motor setup).

This item has given me zero problems, I really like it.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		you can purchase ONLY the 6mm 'rod' that is used on the Robbe.

It is hex on one end and ball on the other. 6mm width for the
full length (180mm). I don't know if it would fit the Sullivan
base.

S2676 - approx $6 USD (vs. $75 for the entire unit)

also, mcmaster.com has a rod ('blade') that appears to almost
identical for $2 USD
