YA, look at the lack of Liability with the Euro France small car 500 races, dozens hurt every year, NO LAW SUITES, If you attend YOU accept the risk.
Not so in this country, but common sense? Where is that lately.
If you don't accept the risk that your child could possably get decappitated then maybe the toddlers need to stay at home?
I personally wish we wouldn't bring the whole Fam Damily , it makes me nervious.
Or any others that are scared of injury, we all know these so called HIGH dollar radio recievers are built like shart, I had a two meter ham ticket for 10 years and I know what good radio craftsmanship is, and beleive me my Futaba 149 PCM is NOT it. At anytime I am ready for my Heli to fag out on me and fly off, witch is why I SHOW-OFF my coaxle Blade CX to the university students and NOT the Helimax MX400 or the Raptor 50. Even the COAX Blade CX is kept at a distance. These are toys, DEADLY toys at that; But QC is set in TOY mode not NASA Space mode, so be concious of the anytime anywhere when you least expect it syndrome. I took my Kenwood 2 meter Base station apart and compaired to the Futaba 9 CHP Pro I was shocked at the quality of the Kenwood hardware mounting compaired to the Futaba, and Futaba is a great radio by comparison. The point is NOBODY makes these Helis/Radios safe and foolproof, it would cost 10,000 bucks to do that job safe, so much for the popularity of this hobby hey? Remember your flying a deadly chainsaw with toy quality radio/servo controlls.
