hey Jasper
ive got a new liner for a Vigor Cs
Ive just offered it up to a spare evo bell and liner ive got and its the same thickness just longer (better than too short)

if it gets you out of a pickle for the rest of the weekend you can have it.
Or, you can have the new bell ive got and just replace it sometime.
How desperate are you?

Tony

Thanks Tony

Matt offered his too, NMHC great club to belong in.

When I dismantled it found; I had to cut off a bolt holding on the muffler and the rubber gasket in the carb was broken, so I need them too.

Just need to source the parts?

I'll miss tomorrow, stay in the Mrs's good books and hopefully be there next Sunday (Ross's Birthday).

Midland don't show a Evo liner on the Web, so I'll have to phone on Tuesday

I just ordered a new liner.... (almost bought a new bell for $50 and then I saw you can just swap the liner)

just curious, how easy is it to swap the liner ? how do you remove the old and how does the new attach ?

Thanks !

Just heat up the bell a little with a torch (make sure you heat the entire clutch bell evenly) the liner should come out easily. Trim the new liner to fit in the bell, use a screw to apply 30 minute epoxy. Place the liner inside the bell and use some foam to keep even pressure on the liner while it cures. That's it....
