Ok, I understand what you mean but I can't get the servo at exactly 90 degrees. I tried it from different sides but can't find it. . Is it ok to put a little bit of sub-trim there?

And now I seem to get full throw to the right and not full (about 2 mm left) to the left. Is this ok?

No, Leif, it is just from this point of a photo. In life it is a bit off to the right. But just a bit.

Yes, it's fine if you are at full deflection to the right and are 2mm from the physical endpoint to the left.

Remember that the heli will want to spin to the left anyway to counter the torque of the main blades. With a slightly more efficient tail (using either better blades or a faster tail), your hover point would be closer to the center of the tail output shaft, giving you a more centered setup... but it shouldn't matter here.

The heli should fly fine as you have it. If not, I'll happily refund the consulting fees!

Thank you, Leif! Now I have the following:
1. About 9 mm of space between the frame and tail servo mount.
2. About 9 mm from the tail case in neutral position of a rudder stick and servo horn at 90 degrees.
3. 17mm horn.
4. The inner hole on the pitch slider control arm.
5. 145% limit setting (on the gyro itself) to the left and 103% to the right. Physically it is at full deflection to the right and about 1-2mm from the physical endpoint to the left.

I am going try it as soon as the weather will calm down a bit, because it is really cold here and there is a lot of snow outside. Big thanks to all of you! I'll write back after trying this setup.
