Oh well, I guess I can join the missing screw club.
Know I've read about kits missing parts.
Might as well use socket caps now.
Question is do I need to use 3 x 32 mm pan heads they call for.
Have found 3 x 35 mm socket caps.
Do I have to worry about the extra treads or maybe use nylon nut and not so much
thread will be left.
Got to boom, took pics I will post as soon as I
am over feeling bad about the missing screws.

You didn't mention the machine you are building, but, if it is a Freya (X-spec) the one socket head bolt you will need to grind down to around 32 MM is the one that goes through near the top of the frames behind the collective arm. The arm will hit on the screw if not filed down. Other than that one 35MM will be fine.
